Please check your junk mail and spam folder, and/or add us to your safe sender mail list as pickup emails sometimes end up in these folders.
Pick up times change weekly based on Sams schedule, unfortunately it is a 2nd floor apartment and so items cannot be left out to pickup whenever.
Once you receive an email stating your item is ready for pickup please email us to find out that weeks pickup schedule. Texts and/or calls will not be replied to.
Pick ups are arranged by Laura, our Customer Service Rep and are picked up from Sam (the owners) place. Sam does work a full time job and so pickups are limited to evenings and sometimes weekends, based on availability.
Prompt pick up is appreciated should that weeks schedule work for yours, as there can be 20 to 100+ pickups at any time, they must be scheduled in advance so that we can have the order ready. If you have not scheduled a pickup and show up at random, we cannot guarantee the order will be available or that we are home. In future we do hope to arrange a more convenient pick up option
Please remember items not picked up within 3 months are donated! As we cannot store items long term.
