HOW TO ORDER:
Upon placing your order, you'll receive two emails: one confirming your purchase and another with instructions on where to send your items. Alternatively, you can drop them off at the address provided in the email.
You can send up to four different onesies, which we'll transform into a unique, cozy sweater. Please include only the material you'd like us to use; any unused material will be returned with your completed sweatshirt. *Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the onesie(s)/sleeper(s) to our shop.
Ensure your order number is visible on the package beside your name in the return address. This helps us match your package with your order upon receipt, whether sent by mail or dropped off.
We understand the significance of your keepsakes and strive to ensure their safe delivery. However, we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items during transit to or from our shop.
Each handcrafted piece is made to order and personalized just for you. As such, we do not offer refunds, but rest assured in the quality and uniqueness of your purchase.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

Care:
Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash with mild detergent. NO bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines or hang to dry. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener
