Order Processing & Turnaround Times

Current Turnaround Time: Minimum 8 Business Days

Our turnaround time is a minimum of 8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this is the standard timeframe unless otherwise specified.  

Our current turnaround times are displayed on the homepage banner and apply to all orders placed. If multiple turnaround times are listed, the longer timeframe will apply.  

Same-day orders are not available unless explicitly stated in the product description. The majority of our items are made to order by one person, which means processing times may be longer.  

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as heat wave warnings, illness, or other unexpected events.  

Statutory Holidays (No Processing on These Days)

We observe the following Canadian holidays, which are not counted as business days:  

- New Year's Day – January 1  
- Family Day – Third Monday in February (varies by province)  
- Good Friday – Friday before Easter Sunday  
- Easter Monday – Monday after Easter   
- Victoria Day – Monday preceding May 25  
- Canada Day – July 1 (or July 2 if July 1 falls on a Sunday)  
- Civic Holiday – First Monday in August (varies by province)  
- Labour Day – First Monday in September  
- National Day for Truth and Reconciliation – September 30  
- Thanksgiving – Second Monday in October  
- Remembrance Day – November 11 
- Christmas Day – December 25  
- Boxing Day – December 26
