Refund policy

We offer exchanges only on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. As items are made to order multiple exchanges of the same item are not accepted. Please refer to our size charts or check out our Stockist list to try on in person. Exchanges based on colour of tie dye are not accepted as colours vary depending on a multitude of things out of our control.

Event wear (ie Orange Shirt Day, Pink Shirt Day etc) and custom items are final sale and size changes/credits will not be given. Please use the size charts provided to ensure the best fit.

As each item is made to order- there will be a $10 per item charge for exchanges of  size, exchanges of colours are not accepted at this time. Please read size charts and descriptions carefully. If you unsure how to measure please use the How To Measure Guide Graphic. S and K Collective is not responsible for sizing errors, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they review size charts and the sizing graphic to ensure proper size selection.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping AND re-shipping of exchanged items.   Exchanges are not accepted on custom items.

Exchanged item must be received by S and K before the replacement item is shipped, even in the instance of our error.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. Please inspect all items and if there is a problem contact us BEFORE removing the tag, once the tag is removed, the product is yours

Exchange shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer.

Sale, clearance and custom items will be a final sale.

 Items not picked up within 3 months of a customer being notified will be donated at the cost of the customer and are not valid for store credit, refunds,. exchanges and/or replacements of any kind, no exceptions.

We reserve the right to cancel/refund an order at any point for any reason without notice.

Order cancellations are not accepted.

In the unfortunate event that any of your products arrive damaged, or if there has been an error in your order, please info@sandkcollective.com within 48 hours and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter. Please note this is only for tracked shipments this does not apply to lettermail
