Who works at S and K?
Sam is the owner and creator of S and K Collective and makes and designs everything herself as well as handles all social media, advertising and communication.
I am not Indigenous is it ok to wear your products?
YES! If items are of an Indigenous design or art ANYONE can wear these as long as they are made by an Indigenous artist. I create my pieces for everyone to enjoy!
Discount codes MUST be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Orders will NOT be cancelled in order to reapply discounts please ensure you are using the code at checkout. If you forget, most codes are only valid once so you always save it for your next order. Discount codes may not be applied to items involving donations.
Where is your clothing made?
Our base clothing is mostly manufactured in the USA and Mexico.
Our S and K Label Clothing is 100% made in Canada. It is 100% ethically made in Ontario and pressed and packed by Sam in B.C.
Our clothing is created ethically, without the use of sweatshops and unfair working conditions. Our clothing is also eco-friendly, water and energy reduction with virtually zero waste produced.
We work in ways that are conducive with slow fashion. Items are made to order and not produced in large batches. Any S & K the label items are manufactured in Canada in small batches. We try to reduce the amount of paper we use, we do not include packing slips in most orders as we know most of these are just thrown away, we encourage you to check your order email for the list of items you ordered. Our Thank You cards have been turned into bookmarks so that they may have a second life beyond thanking you for your order.
We are a store that would like to carry your products how do we get in touch?
Amazing! We accept wholesale only and no longer accept consignment. Every Child Matters Clothing is no longer eligible for Wholesale
When are pickup times?
Pickups are temporarily suspended as of March 6, 2022 but we are working to get a new option up and running in the next week or so
Where is pickup?
The pickup location is in Port Coquitlam, at a location that is not where we operate, so please do not knock on the door or ask any questions there, they will not be able to help!
Oops, I ordered and forgot to add something what do I do?
If you realize within 24 hours that you forgot an item you can email us @ email@example.com and we can add it to your order, and invoice you. It has to be within 24 hours of the original order, during times of high volume we may not be able to accommodate this
How will I know my item has shipped or is ready for pickup?
You will receive a notification to your email. Make sure to always check your junk mail as well. If you are concerned feel free to reach out and we can give you an update (should it be after the listed turnaround time) firstname.lastname@example.org.
I accidentally selected shipping and want to pickup my order, what do I do?
Unfortunately this cannot be changed. The reason for this is, there is no way to change it from shipping to pickup in our system and we do no want to have any errors and there be unnecessary delays
I selected pickup but I would like it to be shipped
Once you receive your notification that your product is ready to pickup please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange for it to be shipped. This cannot be done until you have received your email stating the item(s) are ready for pickup

Are items true to size?
All items are a unisex fit unless otherwise stated. Though generally adult clothing is true to size and child clothing I usually suggest to size up. It is best to always use the size chart for the best fit options for you
What is the turn around time? When can I expect my order?
Our standard turn around time is a usually 2-3 business days. Note that this is a small shop and each order is made to order and there is only one person completing these orders. The turn around is subject to change with increased/decreased orders, times of high volume (Christmas, Mothers Day, Truth and Reconciliation Day etc...) and unforeseen circumstances (heat waves, illness etc...)Though every effort will be made to get your items out ASAP
It says my item was in stock when I purchased, but I still do not have a shipping/pickup notification?
When I am item shows it is in stock, this means that the Physical clothing item is available. The item still needs to be customized and made for you :)
Are there other sizes are available not listed on the site?
Everything listed on the site is the most accurate. The site takes the most accurate inventory.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
The best way to know when an item is back in stock is to sign up for restock notifications. As soon as that item is restocked you will be notified. Restocks happen multiple times a month.
How do I keep up to date with everything S and K Collection is launching?
Signing up for our newsletter and following us on social media is the best way to keep up to date with new launches and also large restocks.
Canada Post states that my order is delayed or is with shipper still, what does this mean?
This just means the item has not made it to the post office yet. As soon as it is there it will change and give you an estimated shipping date.
Canada post says my item has been delivered but I do not have it, what do I do?
Make sure you check everywhere that they could have dropped the package. It may not have gotten delivered to the same spot as they normally do.
Check with all family members to ensure someone did not accept the package on your behalf.
Give it a couple more days before contacting as it may still show up.
Once all of these things have happened you can reach out direct to Canada post to see where it could be, if they state that a case needs to be open you can contact us so that we can replace the products and open a case with Canada Post, we must be the ones to open a case, if you open a case we cannot replace the products until Canada Post comes to a resolution. What does letter mail shipping mean?
Lettermail is sent with a stamp and without tracking. This means once we send it we have no control over how long it takes to get to you, nor do we know where it is. Please be patient with this form of shipping as it could take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Lettermail Shipping will fit the following in one envelope:
Adult tshirts XS to 2XL
2 kids shirts
1 kid shirt and 1 kids crew 6M to 7T only
If items do not fit in lettermail you will be required to pay the difference for tracked shipping
If an item has free shipping on the website is that tracked?
Any item with free shipping is shipped by lettermail, without tracking.
How much do I have to spend for free shipping?
Shipping is always free over $150.00 CAD. You will receive free tracked shipping with an order over $150.00.
If I place and order and pay shipping, and then I see something else I like can I combine my orders to get free shipping?
Unfortunately we can no longer combine orders. Once an order is placed we will not be able to combine them, if you would like to add to your order please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I have text/called but received no reply?
Texts sent from the website are automated and when replied to do not go to an actual person and so they are not seen. At this time we do not have a work line and so texts and calls are not answered. The best mode of communication is to email email@example.com which is answered Monday to Friday excluding Statutory Holidays
