Shipping policy

We can no longer combine shipping on orders. Each order placed separately will require shipping to be paid separately.

Current turn arounds are listed on the individual items or on the banner on the main website page. If one is longer than the other it will default to the longer turn around time.

Tracked Shipping: 

An email is sent once the item is shipped with tracking information (if selected). Address errors entered by the customer will require a repayment of shipping in the event the item is inadvertently returned to us. 

Occasionally, (during big sales, new releases, or just before the holidays), order processing time can take slightly longer. Every effort will be made to complete and dispatch your order as soon as possible. This estimate does not include shipping time which can vary depending on where it is shipping to. Items shipped with tracking are covered upon proof of non delivery.

Tracked Shipping -  is a flat rate of $12.50 within BC and $19 outside of BC, you will be provided with a tracking number. Shipping time is approximately 1-10 days. Majority of the time we do pay more than this, and our shipping pricing is firm.
